EchitFem is a project aimed at women with a view to strengthening equal access to employment and, in particular, building a professional career and engaging in leadership positions, as well as developing female entrepreneurship. In this project we have proposed to improve the employment capacity of 560 long-term unemployed and jobseekers in the North-East and South-Muntenia regions, correlated with the increase in the level of training through participation in continuous training courses and for diminishing the risk of social exclusion…
